Return Policy
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be in original condition — free of odors, stains, or damage
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping at no cost to you
- All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@gentlemangems.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
